Well the second time was certainly a charm for Milo Oreo who handily won this week.
Our Winners so far:
This week we have a some really cute little ones ready to go.
This is my kitten wearing a chef hat! His name is Chevy, named after my car, where we found him under the hood crying for help. He was in horrible condition back then, but now our sweet boy is spoiled rotten. He’s about 5-6 months old, and is losing his baby teeth (which you can see in the photo, with his gummy smile!)
He’s definitely a big home body and cuddle bug, but when he’s active he’s literally bouncing off the walls! His favorite game is fetch, usually with balls or feather toys.
We’ve found he’s very food oriented, which has allowed us to teach him some tricks. He knows the doggie basics like sit, wait, paw, meow, kiss, but my favorite is: “Let’s go” because he jumps up and sits on my shoulder.
My cat Evee is 6 and a half years old, we adopted her 6 years ago. She’s full of curiosity and is what I call a “low-effort adventure cat” because she’ll happily tag along to work on the garden, decorate or clean the house, run errands, and her two favorites: car washes and christmas tree lane!
Aside from following us everywhere we go, her biggest hobby is bird watching—ironic since she refuses to eat poultry based foods!
Because of her picky personality and the fact that she’s a known complainer when things don’t go her way, we call Evee our crabby old lady.
One of the best things about her is her unique meow, it’s actually more of a scream, and it terrifies people who don’t know that she’s actually not mad, just deaf!
She’s a very sweet cat, and very full of love. She’s also sometimes afraid of bugs.
Our little love Poppy has in interesting story. She was once a bulldog on a meat factory farm in China and was saved from destruction. Her first time touching grass or being outside a crate was when she was rescued in 2019. She was rehabilitated by two lovely organizations who nursed her to health and provided necessary surgeries to correct her vision. These days, Poppy spends her days playing with her many toys, taking as many naps as possible, and getting loved on as much as she can.
