Once a week we want to share your pet and feature it as
“The FresYes Pet of the Week“!
How cool is that?
Naturally we’re going to have to set some guidelines.
- It has to be your pet. While we want to see every cutie out there, it might upset the owners seeing a picture of their pet that you took at the coffee shop the other day.
- No humans please. While that image of you getting a kiss from your pup is cool and all, we want this to be all about the pets. If there’s an incidental human in the background we may be able to crop them out.
- It has to be an animal. No vegetables, no minerals. While you might adore that super burrito you’ve been hugging and we’re trying to be super inclusive and non judgemental, we have to set boundaries, ok?
Can it be a funny picture? Sure!
Can I dress him up in a costume? If that’s something you really want to do and your pet is really ok with it, sure.
Does it have to be a kitten or puppy? Not at all, if you feed it and love it, it’s a pet!
What do I win? What does Skippy win? What about the cash? Good question. We would hope that sharing would be enough and also just think of how proud you’ll be at the groomers next time bragging how, “Frisky was just featured as FresYes Pet of the Week“. There might be some super secret things down the road that we can throw your way but it won’t be cash.

How does this sound?
Towards the end of the year we’re going to round up all these cute little critters and create a calendar. Yeah, one of those old fashioned printed calendars that you can tape to the fridge door. We’re going to sell that calendar and 100% of the proceeds will go to the animal rescue charity of your choice.
We’re still trying to nail down the details but that’s the general idea.
Now all we need is that perfect picture of your pet. Are you ready?
