If you’re looking for some family fun for the upcoming Easter weekend, you’re in luck because Fresno and the nearby surrounding areas have some great Easter egg hunts and events planned for you! The events listed below are open to the public, so take a look at the times and locations and choose the event(s) that work best for your family. Want to help make Easter fun for everyone? Fresno Easter Egg Hunts and Activities:
Melody Park
(On Shields between Clovis and Fowler)
Special activities daily from 3pm – 7pm March 30 – April 3rd with an annual Easter Egg hunt on Tuesday, March 30th at 4:30pm. (Free)
Southgate Church
7249 E Kings Canyon Rd.
The Golden Egg Hunt held by Southgate church offers games, face painting, a photo booth and 2,000 filled eggs to find, lots of prizes, and refreshments. This event will be held from 10am – noon on Saturday, April 4th. (Free)
People’s Church
7172 N. Cedar Ave.
The Most-Eggcellent Easter Egg hunt will take place this Saturday in the North Field at People’s Church from 9am to 11am and offer 100,000 hidden candy-filled eggs!

Offering candy, giveaways, games, prizes and an Easter Bunny meet and greet for everyone to enjoy. Hunts begin at 9am, 11am and 1pm on Easter Sunday, April 5th. (Free)
Fresno Chaffee Zoo
894 W. Belmont Ave.
Animal Eggspectations Enrichment Day at the Chaffee Zoo will take place on Saturday, April 4th from 9am – 6pm. Animals will participate in various Spring-themed and Easter enrichment activities while visitors enjoy the view. Zoo admission is $7 for adults and $3.50 for children ages 2-11. (Under 2 is free)
