When I first got into real estate, I immediately wanted to figure out how to separate myself from everybody else.
So I asked myself, “Why would someone choose me over the thousands of other agents that are out there? How could I stand out? How could I offer more value?”
What if I could set myself apart by being transparent, authentic and serve my community all at the same time?
“Yes that’s it!” I thought, “I will write, take pictures and videos, all to highlight the people, the places, lifestyle, and homes of Fresno and the surrounding areas. I will give my real opinion on a home’s value, even if it wasn’t the popular one.”
I decided at that moment to commit to being true to this vision no matter how many people supported, liked, retweeted or read my blog post. I’m sure glad I did.
Over time I realized that the more content I produced, the more business I got. Over the next few years, through the use of various media, community events, and downright passionate efforts of many, FresYes.com developed into a real estate company founded on the same principles.
Today, we’re excited to announce our latest evolution in growth as a company.

FresYes is taking a big leap.
We believe in what we say, and we are acting upon our commitment to the community.
To solidify our faith in the economic development of Fresno, real estate and our team, we will be adding more than 150 agents and staff members who will work, eat, shop, and attend events in Downtown Fresno. The landscape of real estate and business in Fresno is changing and we are constantly evolving to meet that change.
We are growing our team into the historic J. B. Inderrieden Co. Packing Plant building, which is more commonly referred to as the ‘Old Spaghetti Factory building’. (2721 Ventura Fresno, California 93721). This new top floor location, which spans 18,000 square feet, will allow us to cement our company in the heart of our community.

This growth opportunity will allow us to add more of everything our clients, community, and agents have come to know and love us for. There will be more technology, more community-forward initiatives, more homes sold and more opportunity for us to help Fresno continue to move into the future.

Culture being created in the moment.
We’re ready to invest in people and create a culture that people want to be a part of. There’s something special about arriving at an office full of like-minded people every day. It’s my hope as you look around our offices, you will see people laughing, having fun, being full of energy and excitement and doing what they love doing each and every day. This collaborative energy just can’t be obtained working from home, which many agents and creatives have started to do in the past few years. We’re going to change that trend of old.
So, I’m elated to have the opportunity to finally open up my doors and say:
“Look, if you’re in the real estate industry and you’re looking for a change, or if you’ve thought about real estate and are curious if it’s for you. We have room for you. With our expansion, we have the chance to give you a spot, to give you a chance, to show you how real estate can be done in 2019, 20 and the years to come.”
It’s imperative to me to continuously evolve as a leader, a leader who cares deeply about his tribe and his community. Someday when I’m gone, it would mean everything to me if I was remembered as someone who made others better. That would be a life worth living for me, one of legacy. If I can make 200 agents and staff members better than the day they walked into my doors, I will gleefully accept that challenge.
But, just don’t take my word for it, some of our favorite agents took the time to explain what FresYes and my commitment to leadership means to them, I’ve included each testimonial at the conclusion of this story.
Lastly, I just want to thank you for your support. I owe our success to each one of you, whether you are a supporter in our online community or live in the Fresno area, I am so grateful for each one of you who have supported my dream for the last twelve years.
