As you know, Chris Stapleton was supposed to perform in Fresno tonight but had to back out for reasons unknown. But you already hired that babysitter, and it’s a shame to waste a perfectly good night out, especially when it’s an Art Hop night.
So here are 5 things you can do tonight instead of seeing Chris Stapleton.
1. Moonage Daydream by Meaghan McCready, a Tribute to David Bowie
Fresno Dance Collective presents an original aerial art show honoring music legend David Bowie. Set to a soundtrack of six classic Bowie songs, “Moonage Daydream” combines aerial, dance, and acrobatic partnering to tell the story of a young Martian girl’s journey to Earth. 5-10 p.m. at the Pacific Southwest Building. 2. Fresno Swing Dance at ArtHop
Lindy Hop at Art Hop with Fresno Swing Dance is back with free dancing and lessons tonight at 7:30 p.m. at the new Cultural Arts Park in downtown Fresno. There will be swing dancing and music, nearby food trucks and art, free parking. [Details]
3. Classic Vinyl Night – Fresno Grizzlies vs. Tacoma Rainiers
Tonight, the Grizzlies will play in special themed jerseys commemorating the 50th anniversary of the release of the classic Beatles album “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band.” Jerseys will be auctioned on the concourse during the game. You will be able to buy, sell and trade records before and during the game on the concourse, and stick around after the game for a special Beatles tribute concert. 4. New Wrinkles 2017 “Viva Las Vegas”

5. Art Hop
