It’s time for another episode of Fresno Flavor!
In my third episode, I’m heading to the newly reopened Fulton Street to check out a burger restaurant that has been thriving in downtown Fresno since it opened: Take 3 Burgers.
I wish this video could have been at least ten minutes long because I had such a great time talking to Des. She told me all about why she and her father chose downtown to open their business, and about her next venture.
Des is doubling down on her investment in Fulton Street. She has plans to open D’s House of Coffee and Cider four doors down from Take 3 Burgers, and is currently raising funds for her new business through events and other means.
I think a place serving hard cider sounds like a great idea, and I wish her the best of luck! In the meantime, here’s how to get a delicious, custom-made Take 3 burger for yourself.
Where to find Take 3 Burgers

I love where I live, and I also love what I do. I'm lucky to be able to work in a profession in which I get to build relationships; one that has me meeting new people each and every day and helping them to build new lives in my beloved city. I'm lucky enough to work in a profession in which I can marry cutting-edge technologies and marketing techniques to good, old-fashioned, nose-to-the-grindstone work. I am lucky enough to work in a profession that allows me to work as an advocate for my clients; to use every tool at my disposal to get a job done well for them, and with as little stress and expense as possible.
I love my city. I love my job. One inspires my excellence for the other.
Fresno? I say FresYES
