Nights in the Plaza Presents RAW: A Tribute to WAR

The White Buffalo, The Dales

Traditional Music at the Fermata House
From 7 to 9 p.m. at 1440 E. Divisadero St., hear Two for the Road (Donn Beedle and Karana Hattersley-Drayton) bring their eclectic mix of Celtic and American roots fiddle tunes and songs to Fresno’s Lowell Neighborhood. $5 adults, $15 family. Comedy with Showtime’s Don Friesen

Paint a Pot with Pop!
In time for Father’s Day, price includes 8″ terra cotta pot, decorating supplies, potting soil, and a 4″ flower or herb of your choice. From 1:30 to 4:30 p.m., it’s wood shop day at Fresno Ideaworks in downtown Fresno. If you have an interest in woodworking, lathe work, carving, or any other means of sawdust production, this is a good way to get some pointers on an existing project or gather information on how to get started.
