Welcome to the FresYes Real Estate Hangout number 3!
This week I want to answer the question “Do photographs matter?”
The answer is YES!
They really do.
There are two things I really want to talk about when it comes to pictures of your home.
The first one is the lack of photographs and the second is the quality of the photographs.
When choosing a real estate agent to sell your home, a lot of things are important.
One of those things is having good pictures of your home taken. That doesn’t mean someone using an iPhone or the camera they just bought from BestBuy and snap a few pictures of your home.
What you want to do is find a Realtor that is willing to invest in you and invest in your home. You want someone who will hire a professional photographer to shoot your home. It doesn’t matter if your price point is $100,000 or over a million, professional photography is incredibly important.
You only have one chance to make a first impression on all the buyers out there.
You better make it count.
As for bad pictures or poor quality pictures. Here’s a few of my favorite ‘bad’ pictures. Obviously, none of these were taken by a professional photographer. Thanks for watching and submitting your questions.
