Yea I missed a couple weeks of the Monday Mojo series… my apologies. There is no excuse but there is a darn good reason – I was busy making a big change in my professional career. You may have read about it here. I am super excited about the changes to come and look forward to sharing more with you soon. In the meantime let’s get back on the horse.
A Year from Now You Will Wish You Had Started Today
It’s never too late to get back into something, especially if it’s something you enjoy or something that benefits you or others. I have struggled for many years now with my weight and overall health. Long story as to how I got here but the reality is I’m here needing to make changes in my lifestyle that will allow me to lose the pounds. I should be clear that I have been here before, made changes before, and on more than one occasion have had success before. Nevertheless for one reason or the other I have found myself once again starting over – and that’s OK. It’s going to be painful and that too is OK. It will all be worth it in time and I’m past the hardest part for me and that’s creating a new routine. I’ve taken some pictures, taken measurements, weighed myself etc. – perhaps in the future I’ll share that with you but for now let me share with you my goal of losing 85 pounds.
Hold me to It OK? Seriously if you see me out having something I shouldn’t be (most anything you can find here ; ) walk up, introduce yourself and take it from me. I would be happy to do the same for you just send me a pic and I’ll be on the look out!
