Did you know that Sunday, September 18th is National Cheeseburger Day? We’re not sure who decides these “holidays” but we’re all for it!
We were alerted to this day by our friends at Eureka! You know, that place that has that almost perfect sounding burger… They really should name it the
“The FresYes Fig Burger” right? It’s made with fig marmalade, melted goat cheese, bacon, tomato, red onion, arugula, and spicy porter mustard.
Well, in celebration of National Cheeseburger Day, Eureka! is featuring a delectable new burger, the Fire Alarm Burger, topped with Fresno chile mac and cheese, firecracker sauce, smoked bacon, and horseradish mustard aioli.
Are you hungry yet? YUMMO!
They suggest pairing that with a Pilsner, IPA, or Eureka!’s signature cocktail the Headhunter King featuring Jamaican rum, macadamia nut, lime, pineapple, orgeat, and falernum.
If you go to Eureka! and have this burger, please let us know how you liked it.
Speaking of that, where is your favorite burger place?
Did you know we have a whole page dedicated to just burgers?
Check it out https://www.fresyes.com/burgers/
And yes, we just looked up National Taco Day.
Mark your calendars. It’s Tuesday, October 4th!
