It’s a new year and we’re going to do everything we can to help find the right “furever” home for some of the cutest pets around. This ongoing series is going to feature a totally adoptable, totally adorable, totally petable, pet from a local animal shelter each week.

Meet Mama Mina!

Mama Mina is a 3-year old Border Collie mix with a Rock Star personality! This sweet girl was abandoned with a litter of puppies before she found her way to the Fresno County shelter. Her pups have all found homes, but now it’s Mina’s turn to find a family of her own.
She’s a staff favorite because she’s absolutely PERFECT!
Mina is friendly and affectionate, is easy to walk on leash, plays fabulously with other dogs, and has a smile that will light up your whole day. Right now, her adoption fee is waived in lieu of a donation off their wish list!

They’ll bring out rock-solid dogs available for adoption to run around the dog park and meet potential adopters. It’s an “immersive” adoption event for families who want a great dog park dog! Adoption fees will be reduced and we will have dogs of all sizes and ages available!
