It’s on cool days and nights like we’re having that the need for a hot steaming bowl of Pho really makes the difference. If you are not familiar, Phở, is pronounced “fuh,”. It’s usually a beef bone broth, rice noodles, sliced beef, sprouts and other things. Walk into any Vietnamese restaurant and you’ll find at least 10 different variations on the basic recipe.

So we got to wondering who has…

Their prices are so good for their portions, the food comes out fast and piping hot, and the service was great. I saw the crispy pork and as a fan of pork, I knew I wanted something like that (I got the pork belly bok choy). I’m happy it came with a side of rice because not every place does that anymore. My sister got the (XL) big mama pho bowl since we were sharing. And I have to say.. we both really enjoyed our food!“

The spring rolls with the peanut dipping sauce is also delicious.“

It made the dish look so pretty. The only problem was I can’t eat a lot so I had so much left over! Nice staff, clean restaurant.“

Pho 99
3141 E McKinley Ave Fresno, CA 93703
127 Reviews with a 4 star average.
Barbara D. says, “This is my favorite pho restaurant in Fresno. I always order the small seafood pho. I don’t understand why but whenever I order a large pho, the pho doesn’t taste as good. -weird I know. It has to be a small size for me. Trust me, it’s plenty of food. Now for the pho, their broth is really on point in which it’s not too salty or too sweet. I’ve been to so many pho joints with their broth tasting too sweet and it throws it off. For any kind of noodle places whether it’s ramen or jam pong, it’s all about the broth. If you can’t master the broth, the dish just won’t taste good. This place has the right flavor for the broth.“
