I love where I live, and I also love what I do. I'm lucky to be able to work in a profession in which I get to build relationships; one that has me meeting new people each and every day and helping them to build new lives in my beloved city. I'm lucky enough to work in a profession in which I can marry cutting-edge technologies and marketing techniques to good, old-fashioned, nose-to-the-grindstone work. I am lucky enough to work in a profession that allows me to work as an advocate for my clients; to use every tool at my disposal to get a job done well for them, and with as little stress and expense as possible.
I love my city. I love my job. One inspires my excellence for the other.

The first annual Central Valley Investors Summit will take place Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Bitwise Industries, 700 Van Ness Ave., in Fresno.
The Central Valley Investors Summit, hosted by Fresno Deal Seekers, is a networking opportunity for real estate investors and professionals to connect and share resources while meeting and learning from experienced industry masterminds.
The summit will focus on three things:
Grow your network and your business while meeting other real estate investors, money partners, contractors, future business partners and other investment professionals.
Top notch professionals and industry experts cover a wide variety of real estate topics like foreclosure auctions, crowdfunding, increased rental cash flow, lead marketing just to name a few.
Unlock your investment potential by connecting with other successful investors, learn tricks of the trade that the pros are using to grow their business, and hear market updates from industry experts.
Experts will cover topics like increasing cash flow, guerrilla marketing, foreclosures and tax liens, tiny houses, property management, non-performing notes, auctions, flipping houses and much more.
Celebrate the Central Valley and the abundance it has to offer with local eateries on site, and be sure to stick around for free drinks afterwards at a Happy Hour sponsored by Fresno Deal Seekers, a local real estate investment meetup group.
