Grew up in: Fresno
Attended school at: Our Lady of Victory then San Joaquin Memorial then Fresno State
Family: Two kids (daughter 14 and son 10) and Zeus my dog. 🙂
What I love about real estate: Meeting new people every day. Everyone is so different and it’s just amazing to hear their stories.
Favorite house sold: 12623 Auberry Road. Several agents tried before me and couldn’t get it sold. I knew they were selling only the four walls… they should have been selling the lifestyle the property allowed people to enjoy, so that is what I sold. I created an event around the property that included actors playing tennis, basketball, swimming and riding horses. The property sold shortly after the event.
What FresYes means to me: All things good and positive. The glass is overflowing. You have one life — love where you live it.
Favorite Fresno landmark: Historic Tower Theatre: Dramatic architecture, covered foyer, the 80-foot neon lighted tower with globe.
Favorite place to get a beer in the Fresno area: Tioga-Sequoia Beer Garden. I like the beer, the vibe, the views of downtown Fresno, plus you never know who you are going to run into.
Favorite thing to do on the weekend: Generally I work every weekend but on the rare occurrence I have some time off I enjoy walking, hiking, or a baseball game
Favorite non-Fresno destination: Someplace I’ve never been. I love experiencing new sounds, smells, and views I’ve never seen before.
Cake or pie: Why isn’t homemade ice cream an option here? Pie all day long baby!
More about me: I love where I live, and I also love what I do. I’m lucky to be able to work in a profession in which I get to build relationships; one that has me meeting new people each and every day and helping them to build new lives in my beloved city.
I’m lucky enough to work in a profession in which I can marry cutting-edge technologies and marketing techniques to good, old-fashioned, nose-to-the-grindstone work. I am lucky enough to work in a profession that allows me to work as an advocate for my clients; to use every tool at my disposal to get a job done well for them, and with as little stress and expense as possible.
I love my city. I love my job. One inspires my excellence for the other.
Fresno? I say FresYES.
