Last month, FresYes inspired folks to get off the couch, lace up those running shoes, and kick off 2017 by participating in a local walk or run. The article went over well, so each month, we’re going to put together a list of races taking place around the Valley.
There’s a whole lot of walking and running going on in our community. Many races are fundraisers for causes related to health and education. From the flat roads of the Valley to the hills of the Sierra, there’s something for all levels of ability.
So whether it’s your first run or your hundredth, we hope this list pushes you to get up and move! Here are February’s runs, marathons, and 5Ks.
