Saturday, April 14, Earth Day Fresno will host the Central Valley’s largest Earth Day celebration. This year’s theme is “Let’s End Plastic Pollution.”
The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Radio Park, located at First and Clinton, in Fresno. Here’s what you can expect from this year’s celebration:

In addition, the nearby Fresno Art Museum will be hosting its FAMily Day/Earth Day event, which includes free admission to the museum. Here you can expect recycled art projects, an art treasure hunt, sidewalk chalk art, face painting, story time, and more.
Earth Day Fresno’s mission is “To inspire people to make changes in their daily lives, to restore the health of the San Joaquin Valley and the planet.”
