Do you work in or near downtown Fresno? Do you love delicious, fresh food and have your lunch time free on Thursdays? If you answered yes to either or both of these questions, you really should mark Thursdays on your calendar as “CArtHop Day!” (Yes, with the exclamation point, because it deserves it.)
CArtHop is a gathering of food trucks and vendors that takes place every Thursday on Fulton Street at the clock tower located on Fulton and Mariposa. Though the vendors tend to rotate on a monthly basis (or seasonally, if their items are season-specific), you can always find something great to eat at CArtHop.
I hadn’t had a chance to go to CArtHop since Fulton Mall officially became Fulton Street, so I was excited to change that last week and snap some pictures to show you some of the great things you can enjoy when you go.

In addition to great food, CArthop offers live music that contributes to a fun, street fair atmosphere. Though it takes place in the middle of the workday, I’ve found CArthop to be a welcome, mini brain-vacation amidst the responsibilities of adulting, and the music really gives way to that carefree feeling.
Here are a few pictures of what you might expect to enjoy if you visit CArtHop this week:

I apologize for making your drool on your keyboard or phone, however, I hope you’ll enjoy an awesome lunch at CArtHop soon!
CArtHop takes places on Thursdays between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. You can keep track of which vendors will be participating on the CArtHop Facebook Page.
