I love where I live, and I also love what I do. I'm lucky to be able to work in a profession in which I get to build relationships; one that has me meeting new people each and every day and helping them to build new lives in my beloved city. I'm lucky enough to work in a profession in which I can marry cutting-edge technologies and marketing techniques to good, old-fashioned, nose-to-the-grindstone work. I am lucky enough to work in a profession that allows me to work as an advocate for my clients; to use every tool at my disposal to get a job done well for them, and with as little stress and expense as possible.
I love my city. I love my job. One inspires my excellence for the other.

I know that my agents are pretty special, and I think it’s time you know that, too. That’s why I’m going to be highlighting each of them from time to time so you can get to know your FresYes agent.
Everyone, meet Johanna Mott.
Grew up in: Fresno
Attended school at: San Diego for 1 year/graduated from Fresno State
Family: Husband, 2 boys, 2 dogs, 7 chickens, 1 bearded dragon
What I love about real estate: Helping people fulfill their dreams of owning their own home.
Favorite house sold: I sold a house to my cousin. He had only been married a year and had spent that year battling cancer. Helping him purchase his first home with his wife was priceless.
What FresYes means to me: Community
Favorite Fresno landmark: Valley Children’s Hospital. Thankfully, my children have never needed to go there, but they have amazing doctors, nurses, and staff and saved the life of my 6-year-old cousin.
Favorite place to get a drink in the Fresno area: Doesn’t matter as long as it’s with a friend.
Favorite thing to do on the weekend: Play soccer.
Favorite non-Fresno destination: Pismo Beach, CA
Cake or pie: Cheesecake
More about me: I’ve held many titles in my life including mother, sister, daughter, wife, surrogate, foster mother, and now I get to include realtor.
I get the opportunity to build relationships and help people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives… buying a house. I’ve had the opportunity to take on different roles at FresYes Realty and believe that is part of the excitement of a new company. I am so excited to be a part of FresYes and the vision of this company.
