Today’s the day. It’s the 2nd annual FresYes Fest in downtown Fresno. In just hours, hundreds, if not thousands, of people will flock to Tioga-Sequoia Brewing Company’s Fulton Street beer garden in celebration of all the things that make Fresno great. And, also, beer. Hopefully, you’ll be one of them. Let’s get the particulars out of the way first. Check out the graphic below for the who, what, when, where and why. Then plan your day accordingly.
Local bands, local beer, local food. What’s not to like, right? As Tioga-Sequoia’s president, Mike Cruz, explained, the whole thing started off as an anniversary party for the brewery and morphed into a major community event. So, basically, it’s the best office party ever. Check out the video below for more on the event Cruz calls the “kickoff to beer garden season” and his three reasons people should come check it out. Hint: the first reason is…it’s free!
In case you’re wondering, despite sharing a name and mutual celebration of this city (valley) we call home, FresYes Fest and FresYes.com are not affiliated. But you will see FresYes.com represented at the event. We wouldn’t miss a chance to celebrate our city. Or, drink beer. Did I mention there’s beer?
