It’s time for another episode of Fresno Flavor!
In this episode, I head to Old Town Clovis to catch up with Chef Reyes Chacon, who is making upscale comfort food at The Gastro Grill.
Chef Reyes has been operating his food truck and catering company for years. He opened the brick-and-mortar location in Clovis with wife Debbi, her brother Greg Wilson and his wife Marci just over a year ago.
