Every woman has been in this position: You finally have the perfect dress for that wedding or charity ball. You’ve even got the shoes. But we all know the right accessories are what tie an outfit together. By this point, the thought of going on another multi-store hunt has your ready to throw up your hands and resign yourself to a night on the couch in your PJs instead. This, ladies, is where Julia Vogue comes in.
Located at River Park and also across the street at the Villaggio Shopping Center, not only do these locally-owned boutiques have fabulous jewelry, purses and other accessories, but most everything is organized by color and metals, making it a breeze to find that perfect necklace or pair of earrings to finish off your look.
I LOVE the huge variety at Julia Vogue. They have everything from inexpensive trinkets under $10 (for those times you just need a piece for that one outfit) to sparkly designer jewelry in the triple digits. We’re talking necklaces, rings, bracelets. They also carry scarves and sunglasses. Looking for the perfect tiara or hair pins for a bridal or prom up-do? They have those, too!
My biggest obsession is their collection of clutches, purses and wallets. Again, these come in all sorts of colors and prices. I can’t remember the last time I’ve been to a store that had such an amazing and fun selection of evening bags.
One of the name brands Julia Vogue carries is Betsey Johnson, a personal favorite of mine that can be hard to find in Fresno. Betsey Johnson is famous for her funky style, but the phone purse Julia Vogue is selling right now is just … well, as I said in my Instagram post, it’s EVERYTHING. Not only does it make a bold fashion statement, but you can literally plug your cell phone into it and talk!
So next time you need accessories, forget Claire’s, forget Charming Charlie’s. Shop local and go to Julia Vogue. Chances are, you’ll find exactly what you’re looking for!
